Writer's picture: Christopher HoytChristopher Hoyt

We're always reading and staying current on what we do, because working on drawings isn't the only thing architecture is about(!). Here are a few of the blogs we've been reading over the years as we stay on top of things:

Author Bob Borson is a Texas architect who doesn't take himself too seriously and blogs in a really accessible way about the things that matter in his practice.

Brandon is what he calls a 'city builder'. He has an architectural background and writes about his passion for all things related to cities. He works in real estate and that spin really makes his daily blog interesting.

They first launched in 2006 as a simple blog eventually growing into a full-blown online magazine with over two million unique visitors a month. Dezeen is a veritable institution complete with published books, a watch store and its own jobs section among other things.

And finally our own second blog;

At see-change.net we envision a future where the places we live and work are more inclusive, better designed, and interact positively with nature and our planet. We're re-building after a data loss but we've been working on this blog for about 10 years and have had more than 10,000 readers at our peak.
