Most clients come to us with a project they know is complex and a set of questions they have not yet been able to fully frame. A first engagement typically begins with a focused discovery conversation — no obligation, no retainer required. From there, we structure a scope that is proportionate to the decision at hand: it might be a half-day strategy session, a feasibility brief, or an ongoing advisory relationship. We do not take on projects where our independence cannot be maintained. And we do not take on more work than we can give proper attention to.
